CITB Mobile Photography Webinar
General Terms:
This webinar is organised by CITB with genuine educational intent. By registering for the webinar, participants agree to abide by all terms, rules, policies, and instructions laid out by CITB.
1. Speaker & Content:
The session will be conducted online and hosted by Mr. Anil Singh Rawat. The contents shared are for educational purposes only and may not be redistributed, recorded, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
2. Registration & Fees:
The registration fee for the webinar is INR 499/- per participant. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or technical issues on the participant’s end.
3. Confirmation of Participation:
Participation will be confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. CITB will provide login credentials and joining details via email or WhatsApp message to the registered email ID and phone.
4. Non-Transferable Access:
Webinar access is strictly limited to the registered individual. Participants may not share their access credentials or allow multiple persons to attend using the same registration.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
CITB reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the webinar due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance and offered an alternative session or a full refund.
6. Technical Requirements:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary devices, software, and internet connection to attend the webinar. Webinar will be conducted on Zoom. CITB shall not be liable for any issues arising due to inadequate setup or connectivity.
7. Recording and Intellectual Property:
The webinar may be recorded for internal and archival purposes. All content, including visuals, presentation materials, and speaker insights, is the intellectual property of CITB or the respective speaker. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour during the webinar. Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or disruption may result in removal from the session without refund.
9. Use of Participant Data:
By registering, participants consent to the use of their name, photograph (if visible during the webinar), and feedback for CITB’s promotional and archival use, including social media, brochures, or future event listings.
10. Privacy Policy:
CITB is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this webinar and other CITB-related communications. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
11. Amendments:
CITB reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on the official registration page or communicated directly to participants or in the WhatsApp group.
12. Limitation of Liability:
CITB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the webinar or from the use of the content provided therein.
13. Indemnification:
By participating, registrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless CITB, its team, and associates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of their participation or misuse of the content shared.
14. Jurisdiction:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
Privacy Policy:
CITB is committed to safeguarding your personal information. We collect and use your data—such as name, email, and payment details—solely for purposes related to webinar registration, communication, and delivery. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or for essential service facilitation. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. By registering, you consent to this data usage.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All registrations for the CITB Mobile Photography Webinar are final. The registration fee of INR 499/- is non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or personal technical issues. In the unlikely event that CITB cancels or reschedules the webinar, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered an alternative session or a full refund.
